Hello! I’m Chris. Welcome to BarnSnaps.com
In 2023 I began snapping barn photos with my cell phone camera alongside roadways throughout Ohio. In 2024 friends and family encouraged me to share my growing collection with other barn enthusiasts. In 2025 I created this website to display what I referred to as my first 300 barn snaps. To view new Barn Snaps, visit this website often or follow the business on TikTok or Instagram.
Farming has shaped my family for generations. I spent many days playing and helping with chores inside my grandparents' dairy barns, surrounded by farm life. For me, older barns bring back cherished memories from childhood and a general curiosity about each barn’s past.

Q: How much is AI used to edit the barn photos?

Even though the quality is not comparable, some people will copy images from websites to avoid paying for them. For this reason it is necessary to mark photos with a temporary symbol to make it more difficult to resell copies. The copyright marking is removed once a print is purchased and it is no longer visible on the photo.

Q: What can I do if I do not want my barn promoted publicly by BarnSnaps?
A: Click the email address button further up on this page to send a message to Support@BarnSnaps.com. Describe which barn belongs to you and share that you do not want it promoted publicly. Your barn will be removed immediately and will not be promoted again by BarnSnaps. The owner of BarnSnaps is very respectful of the rights of property owners. The whole concept of BarnSnaps is to “snap photos” from the public right-of-way in order to avoid trespassing and or disturbing people’s privacy, although in some situations the photographer will knock on a door to get permission if the view of a great barn is obstructed from the road.
